Edson-Neil was established in 2007 by Brian Crawford and Mark Walker with the vision of creating a complete solution for the commercial client to acquire Dallas office furniture. Our partners decided that they would start a consulting service that would provide unbiased service for whomever they did business with.
Before this venture, Brian had held successful sales and management positions within Herman Miller and Haworth dealerships in Atlanta, Georgia and Dallas, Texas. Brian stresses importance on developing relationships through purposeful networking and prides himself in consistently responding to the needs of clients fast!
Mark and Brian connected while working together at a dealership and eventually discussed a new and different business model. With Mark’s educational background in real estate and entrepreneurial models and Brian’s observation of different needs for a more savvy generation of clients, the two saw a need for an objective service, similar to how brokers represent tenants in their search for commercial real estate. In this model, clients are helped with their search for products that fit their needs without dealing with the agendas of manufacturers.
Ultimately our goal is to create a fun experience for our clients, but also to provide visible savings and value-added services, including but not limited to office furniture installation subsequent to procurement. The small-to-medium size business has been slightly ignored by firms focusing on the big dollar deals. To Edson-Neil, value lies in the relationships that are formed with its clients. With a focus of service and not volume, our satisfaction lies in benefiting clients through knowing and addressing their needs with our knowledge and experience, not simply by moving as much product as possible without concern for the client.
